Refund & Return Policy 

If there is any concern, please contact us in order for us to provide 100% satisfaction with a week of purchase.

Merchandise in new, unworn condition are eligible to be returned for a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase (once delivered) if accompanied by an original packing slip or sales receipt.

However, this policy is subject to the following conditions, clarifications, exceptions & fees:

• Any merchandise, including watches, that shows evidence of wear (i.e., scratches, marks, dents, or damage of any kind) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized jewelry, special order watches and engraved items.
• To receive a full refund, all purchase must also be returned in like new condition.

If you are unsatisfied due to any reason, please reach out as soon as possible because we don’t accept returns after 7 days of delivery.
